I can work with up to 65 inches but would like one 5 feet. I know that I could get someone to probably build me a window bench. Wonder how much it would cost? Thanks for your help.

I love it and I want one like it to be a seat for a desk I am getting. I just can't seem to find one like it that's inexpensive. I found cheap ones at Walmart, Target, etc. but they're all ugly, boring, too small, or something else. Lol.

we are moving into our new home and i have no idea how i am going to arrange the living room...im not very good at interior decorating...but my main problem is why should we put the couches? we have a reg sized sofa and reg sized love seat...the main problem is i do not want the couches near the front window (my dogs jump up and look out the window and break the blinds in our old house where the couch has to be against the the window due to a tiny living room) i made a kind of floor plan which is not really to scale but will give you an idea of the room layout...somebody that is good with this stuff help me!!! for our living room we have the previously mentioned couched, 2 large end tables, a large coffee table, corner tv stand w/ a 52 inch plasma, we have a large dvd case with fold out door, a stand for knick knacks, a decorative bench/chest, a large rug, an ottoman, a floor lamp, and 2 tower speakers, and an XL bird cage for our macaw (which may not go in the LR)...this is just what sits on the floor (ill worry about wall stuff later) can anyone give me some ideas on how to arrangethe furniture? I have a built-in vanity in my bathroom, so the vanity table isn't purposeful but I don't want to get rid of it because it's really pretty and well-made. I hate the way normal entertainment centers / TV stands look, so I was thinking of removing the mirror and putting the TV on top. I'd replace the bench with a velvet storage ottoman that can also be pulled out and used as extra seating for friends. Do you think that would look weird? My room isn't set up like a normal room, btw. It's got a bedroom nook, then a huge space that really looks more like a living room from a house or something. So, this would go in the "living room" area.

I am renting a small room (about 10 by 13, maybe a little bigger) which off-white walls and brown-mahagony trim and doors, with a dark colored carpet (i think its dark blue-grey, but its so dark you really can't tell the color). I have high ceilings and two very long in height windows. My room is not cluttered. So everyting in my room is at a low eye level Ideas: I have a Zebra throw(w/chocolate stripes) which I love and I would love to be able to have a color scheme that would incorporate that. If I were to keep the throw what color curtain could i use? If I don't keep the zebra throw, I heard that pastel sheer curtians make a room look bigger. Questions: What color curtian will work with the brown trim of the room? I also wanted to put artwork (i take alot of architecturally and landscape inspired pictures) or some floating shelves, any ideas? +If i keep a black and white color scheme in my room will a black and white framed photograph work on the wall? My comforter right now is green (with the zebra throw on top), and i have a brown and a white pillow. Depending on the color you suggest for the curtians what color should my comforter be? I'm wiling to change. I am looking to redo my room, so i was looking online and in magazines at what to do, as i was about to get offline, i came across the picture of Miley Cyrus's room. Where can i get the two benches/ottomans that are in front of her bed?? These will tie my room together. And i know this is miley cyrus room just because it was in people magazine and she was in the picture.

we have a cathedral popcorn white ceiling, a new beige leather sectional, a brick fireplace going up to the ceiling and are close to deciding on a beige berber wall to wall carpet and chocolate brown ottoman and storage benches. we have children aged 2 and 4.
